导师简介：

曹雯，1983年生，女，教授，硕导,电信学院工会主席。陕西省电源学会常务理事、副秘书长、电气设备状态监测分会副秘书长。从事高电压与绝缘技术领域的教学、科研工作。承担国家自然科学基金青年项目、省教育厅专项项目，以及多项企业合作项目的研究，近年来发表学术论文20余篇，其中被SCI检索收录8篇，授权专利8项。《IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation》、《IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution》、《电工技术学报》、《高电压技术》等杂志审稿人。荣获教育部科技进步二等奖1项。年均培养研究生3~4人。近年来指导的研究生获研究生电子设计竞赛西北赛区二等、三等奖多次。

主要研究方向：电介质绝缘特性机理研究、电力设备状态监测与资产管理、沿面闪络机理、电力设备状态检测、电力设备故障诊断理论模型研究
